TELO, a startup specializing in electric vehicles, recently introduced its exceptional new line of mini electric pickup trucks. The remarkable technical specifications of these vehicles have instantly captivated consumer attention.
The Telo electric pickup truck is compact, measuring just 3,860 mm in length and weighing 1,995 kg. Despite its size, it offers seating for 5, with the added option of a camping tent and third row of seats, allowing for a total of 8 passengers. Additionally, the Telo surprises with its spacious trunk, which stretches 1,828 mm in length – equivalent to that of a Toyota Tacoma.
The vehicle possesses a horsepower capacity of 500, enabling it to reach a maximum speed of 200 km/h. Additionally, it exhibits remarkable acceleration, going from 0 to 100 km/h in a mere 4 seconds. Its power is sourced from a robust 106 kWh battery, supplying the car with a range of 563 km on a single charge. Telo company aims to ensure that this vehicle can be rapidly charged from 20 to 80% capacity in a time frame of just 20 minutes.
Telo trucks also come with sockets in the trunk, which enable charging for various other devices.
The Telo electric pickup truck is priced at approximately $50,000 and meets the criteria for receiving tax incentives in the United States.
The car is planned to be produced in 2024. Telo anticipates having the initial 500 cars by the end of 2025, and a total of 10,000 cars will be manufactured in 2026. Currently, Telo is accepting refundable deposits with a deposit price of $152 (equivalent to 3.6 million VND).
TELO plans to introduce a more affordable version in the future, targeting customers who do not require a 500km range and opting for a smaller battery.
