Adventure, an innovative one-wheeled electric vehicle designed by InMotion, a Chinese company, has been unveiled for challenging expeditions across diverse terrains.
An adventure with a powerful engine generating 200 Newton meters of torque and 850 Newtons of traction on the wheels can be effortlessly enhanced. This upgrade will facilitate the driver in smoothly ascending roads with gradients of 50%.
Adventure has a top speed of 110 km/h and can accelerate from 0 to 50 km/h in just 2.5 seconds.
This one-wheeled electric vehicle is designed for all-terrain use and offers two distinct driving modes. The Comfort mode provides a stable and smooth ride, while the Sport mode offers increased power and responsiveness. To enhance user experience, InMotion has developed a user-friendly application that allows for easy adjustment of driving modes.
The vehicle comes with four battery blocks that are located around the wheel. These battery blocks can be easily removed from the frame in approximately 10 minutes, without having to remove the controller. Additionally, the battery is water-resistant and meets the IPX7 standard.
The battery has a capacity of 2,400 mAh and includes smart management features to monitor each cell in real time. With the battery pack, the Adventure can travel up to 120 km on a single charge. Additionally, thanks to its fast charging capability, the battery can reach 80% charge within just 1 hour.
The Adventure electric scooter is equipped with wheels that have a diameter of 40.6 cm and thick tires with a width of 7.6 cm. Additionally, these wheels are designed to be water resistant in accordance with the IPX6 standards.
The electric unicycle comes with InMotion’s unique spring model, which offers 8 levels of adjustability for the shock absorber’s springback speed and 17 levels of adjustability for the compression force. This feature ensures a comfortable ride for the driver and also provides protection for their knees when navigating challenging terrains. Depending on the weight and riding style of the rider, the modes can be customized accordingly.
Adventure is priced at 3,299 USD, however, the exact release date for the model has not yet been revealed by the official sources.
